At just 18 years old, Tyler Salsman is a Nova Scotia-born country singer, songwriter, and performer quickly emerging as one of Atlantic Canada's most promising young country artists. Blending traditional country roots with a fresh, modern sound, Tyler has earned attention for his authentic songwriting and engaging live performances.
In 2026, Tyler wrote and released "The Beginning," a heartfelt tribute to his graduating class that garnered more than 60000 views within days of its release, showcasing his ability to connect with listeners through honest, relatable songwriting. His single "Wrong Things Right," produced by Keven Daken and mixed and mastered by multi-CCMA and JUNO Award-winning producer Jason Barry, reached the Top 5 on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown, marking a major milestone in his young career.
Tyler is a 1st Place East Coast Country Music Association Star Search (Youth Division) winner and has shared the stage with country legend Leona Williams while opening for Canada's Queen of Country, Carol Baker.
